We are thrilled be offering holiday gymnastics programme next year!
Our Summer 2023 Holiday Gymnastics Camps went extremely well. We had two fun filled weeks of half day, full day and weekly Gymnastics bookings. All the gymnasts had a fantastic time and all improved in their skills and even reached their goals! We kept are groups super small (less than 1:6) in order for us to ensure your child reaches his/her full potential. Who can attend?
These sessions will be open to all (both existing customers and those new to the club) for children aged 5-12 years. We are also looking to arrange some sessions for teenagers (or those who attend our over 10s class) however these will be arranged based on demand when enough people reach out to us (if you are looking for teenage holiday sessions, please email us to let us know).
What do they do during the sessions?
We will be putting on a substantial programme of gymnastics along with fun and games tailored to the age and ability of the participants.
As the sessions are either half day or full day, there will be plenty of time to work all of the different pieces of equipment (bars, beams, vault, trampette, tumbling on the 15m air track, floor work, strength & conditioning, choreography etc.).
As there will be considerably less time pressure than our regular sessions, we are able to set up special stations and equipment configurations, allowing gymnasts to work towards and attempt harder skills in a safe manner (e.g. somersaults, handsprings, backflips, tumbling and linked skills).
When and where are the sessions? How much?
Sessions will be run at Hornsey School for Girls during selected weeks of the holidays from Monday > Thursday.
The sessions are 2hrs 45mins and can be booked as either AM (9:30am – 12:15pm) or PM (1:15pm – 4pm), or both as a daily booking, which includes a free supervised lunch break between the two sessions.
The cost of the sessions for Summer 2023 were £22.50 for half a day, £40 for the full day and £150 for the week (Mon-Thurs). We give 10% discounts if you ‘bring a friend’ and also siblings will also enjoy the 10% discount.
